- improve my org-mode skills and planning (using org-mode agedae more intensively)
- formulate one productivity idea daily
- review my habit change plans
- follow the week schedule plan as close as possible
- work with my personal goal formulations using Brian Tracy's methods
- get back to writing the work log
- create time report for December
Physical
- Avoid nutritional lapses
- Stick to Scooby's intermediate workout plan
- 7 hours of cardio. Listen to BBC In Our Time while jogging or read while bicycling.
- At least 15 min of daily flashcard repetition using boomeLang in top priority languages: English and Swedish.
- English queue: 3990 flashcards
- Swedish queue: 6560 flashcards
- learn the collected flashcards with new Swedish words and expressions.
- at least three blog posts
- continue reviewing chord progressions for jazz tunes on flashcards.
- continue reviewing old jazz standards and do exercises
To sum it up, the week has been a rather big lapse. Need to improve and get back to the planning routine.

There were a few serious lapses from my nutrition plans. Had to recompense by doing extra cardio, but managed to combine this with reading.
- [X] Stick to Scooby's intermediate workout plan - /I am following this plan very successfully. Prefer extended cardio workouts (1 hour of cardio on a treadmill) in order to achieve my weight goal of 72.5 kg (BMI 21.0)/.
- [] at least three blog posts. /Only one :( A new post to FLOSS Verkstad on Linux shells is almost complete/.
